First shake the can for about two minutes in all directions to ensure the paint is loose within its can. Then knock the can against something hard, such as a table or wall, to loosen any lumps that are still adhering to the walls of the can. Shake the can for an additional two minutes to dissolve these lumps. After all this is done, soak the can in a bowl of warm water until the whole can is somewhat warmed. You can now use this can for spraying.
